The version log: what changes for you, and when.
No public version has been published yet. This page will list each version with its date and what changes for users. Until then, here are the recent changes of the development version, in user language.

- Extended AI assistant Edition: Advanced. Besides explaining a task and suggesting evidence, the assistant proposes the text of a policy section, controls that the text supports, a summary of what changed for the approver, a flowchart, the drafting and assessment of a risk, a control's "How we implement it" text, the justification of a row of the statement, an opinion on a piece of evidence and the explanation of a failing test. You decide everything; what goes to the model is detailed in the AI assistant page.
- Policies by sections. The text of a policy is written section by section, with section templates, a reading of the requirements of the linked controls and two procedure templates. A document type (policy, procedure, standard) is added. See Write a policy or a procedure by sections.
- Flowcharts. A procedure is drawn in the policy's text, with a list editor and a text form. See Procedure flowcharts.
- Word and PDF. A policy or a procedure can be downloaded as Word or PDF, and the audit pack contains the PDF of approved policies. See Download a policy as Word or PDF.
- Import and export with Excel templates. Risks, assets, controls, the statement of applicability and vendors are filled in from an Excel workbook, with a preview before writing. See Import and export with Excel templates.
- Settings › Access. The administrator grants roles to people or Jira groups, with an end date, chooses the default access, builds custom roles (Advanced edition), launches a review of the access to NexusGRC and reads the grants trail. The auditor role is dated and ends by itself. See Roles.
- Rights checked on every call. Every action goes through the table of rights on the server; screens say who an action is reserved to. A banner flags auditor access.

- Twelve roles. Instead of three profiles, the app now knows six standard roles (administrator, compliance manager, reader, contributor, approver, auditor) and six domain managers. Rights are additive. The matrix details them.
- Faster screens. Each screen reads less data; the dashboard and the action plan open faster.
- Limit on policies. The number of policies and the total size of their texts are capped, to keep the app responsive.
- Documentation. The role guides and playbooks are published, with printable training kits.
28 October 2026
- Background loading. Once the first screen is shown, the others get ready in the background: they open faster when you go there.
- White background on all pages, and the app's logo in Jira's sidebar.
27 October 2026
- Consistent figures. The number of "implemented controls" is the same on the dashboard and in the control library, and the "Evidence" card counts the same controls as "Implementation".
