Each guide follows one role through a normal week: what to open first, what needs a decision, what to leave to others, and what the app does not do. The rights of each role are in the rights matrix, generated from the app's rules.
The six guides
- Administrator: install, name, set up.

- Contributor: provide what is assigned to you.
- Approver: approve with full knowledge.
- Auditor: read, export, recount.
