An overview of your compliance posture: where you stand, what is late, and where to click to move forward.
What the screen is for
It gives an overview of your compliance posture: where you stand, what is late, and where to click to move forward. It is the tab that opens first. It changes nothing.
Who can do what
Anyone who can open the page reads the dashboard. There is nothing to edit here. The buttons lead to other tabs, where your rights apply.
The cards
Each card reads its data separately. If one fails, the others stay displayed.
- Four indicators at the top, each with its trend once an older snapshot exists: "Readiness" (audit ready), "Controls implemented" (of the applicable ones), "Overdue tasks" (of the plan) and "Failing monitors" (of the measured ones). A click opens the matching filtered list.
- "Readiness by framework": the share of requirements met or half-met, per framework. A "Framework" menu bounds readiness, controls and plan; risks, monitors, audits and access reviews do not depend on it.
- "Readiness over time": twelve months, from the snapshot of the daily run. The first snapshot is written the night after installation.
- "Action plan": tasks Verified, In progress, To do, overdue tasks and evidence to renew.
- "Residual risks": the matrix of open risks after treatment and the number of risks beyond appetite.
- "To watch": failing measures and evidence expiring within 30 days.
- "Internal audits" (planned, in progress, done, freshness: the body expects an internal audit at least every 365 days) and "Access reviews" (campaigns completed, decisions made in the open campaign).
- The getting started guide: until it is complete, a banner shows its progress and the next step.
Step by step
- Open the "Tableau de bord" tab.
- Read the "Overall readiness" card. If no assessment is saved, the getting-started banner leads you to it; otherwise its "Update the assessment" button opens it.
- Spot late tasks and evidence to renew in the "Plan d'action" card.
- Click "Refresh" to re-read all cards. The screen also re-reads when you return to the tab.
- If a message says "This card is not available right now", click "Try again".
What the auditor will take from it
The dashboard is not evidence in itself. It shows the state before you show the documents: the figures come from the statement, the plan and the tickets, which the auditor finds in the audit pack.
Known limits
- The percentages depend on what you answered in the assessment. Without an assessment, there is no readiness to show.
- The "evidence expiring" figure is a fact about a control's expected evidence; it does not yet open a filtered list.
- No card says you are compliant: they are percentages computed on what you entered.
