Screen reference
Settings
Who may edit and approve, continuous monitoring of Jira, and the language of messages. For Jira administrators only.
What the screen is for
The Settings page gathers the settings of the whole installation. It has two tabs: "General" (the language of the app's messages and continuous monitoring) and "Access" (who holds which role).
Reserved for Jira administrators
The menu entry only appears to Jira administrators. The server checks on every call the right to manage roles (Administrator role or Jira administrator): anyone else who opens the page sees "Reserved for administrators".
The "Access" tab
Who holds which role, and until when: people and Jira groups, the roles and their matrix, custom roles (Advanced edition), the default access, the review of the access to NexusGRC and the grants trail. The step-by-step is in Roles.
The "General" tab
Language of the app's messages
Sets, for the whole installation, the language of e-mail reminders and AI assistant answers. See Language.
Continuous monitoring
The projects, ticket types and thresholds that the monitoring controls use to measure Jira every day. Monitoring itself is on the Tests and continuous monitoring page. Without the right to keep the monitoring, the card can be read but not changed.
