Screen reference
Reports
The documents to hand over or keep: printable report, Excel workbook, audit pack and the export of your data.
What the screen is for
The Reports page gathers in one place what you hand to an auditor, to management or keep for yourself. It computes nothing new: everything comes from the same data as the other screens.
What it offers
Printable report and Excel workbook Edition: Advanced
The report lays out the summary and the detail of every section: statement of applicability, controls, risks, action plan, evidence, access reviews, audits, incidents, monitoring, log. The Excel workbook has one sheet per section, to sort and filter.
- Click "Prepare the report and the workbook".
- Wait for the preparation to finish: the app reads every section and checks the log, which takes a moment.
- Download
rapport.html, to open in the browser and save as PDF (Print › Save as PDF), anddossier.xlsx.
Good to know
The generation is written to the audit log. It requires the Advanced edition.
Full audit pack
A zip to hand to the auditor, with a manifest of fingerprints. The "Open the audit pack" button leads to the Audit pack page.
Export your data
A zip of CSV files with all your data and settings, to keep or take elsewhere. It needs no particular edition and writes nothing. The "Open the data export" button leads to the same Audit pack page.
And progress tracking?
For the progress of your preparation, see the dashboard: readiness, trend, action plan, risks, audits, access reviews.
