What this means for you
- Settings only appears to Jira administrators. That condition hides the entry; the app checks rights on every action anyway.
- On an installation where nothing is started, Home sends you once to the getting started guide.
- AI governance inventories the organization's AI systems, classifies them under the AI Act categories from your answers and follows the obligations that result. It helps you inventory and follow; it never says a system is compliant with the AI Act.
About versions
A version that adds a screen behind an already declared page does not, as a rule, need a new approval from your Jira administrator. A version that asks for new permissions is a major version: your administrator must then accept it. See Security and privacy.
